WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is printed, packed, and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, THE SILK TRANSIT ships within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track your package in real time.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. As each product is made to order, we do not accept returns for size issues, buyer's remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and assist you with the next steps.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?

To keep your garments looking their best:

  • Wash inside out in cold water.

  • Use mild detergent.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Avoid direct ironing on the print.

  • Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.

WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

Some products may be restocked based on demand, while limited-edition releases may not return. Follow our social channels and email updates for announcements regarding future drops and restocks.
