When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is printed, packed, and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, THE SILK TRANSIT ships within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — follow our email list or social channels for updates.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Use it to follow your package in real time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every piece is made to order, we're unable to offer exchanges for sizing. How should I care for my garments?

Avoid direct ironing on the print
